Q: How long will it take to send out the items to my address?

A: 

1. We will select the most time-efficient transportation logistics based on your delivery address, such as: Fedex, UPS, USPS and so on.

2. We will ship within 3 days.

3. Usually, the package can be received within 7-10 days. If the package is delayed, we will notify you in advance.

4. You can check the progress of the package on the official websites of Fedex, UPS, and USPS.

Q: What if the package does not arrive?or product arrives damaged?

A: You can contact us directly by email: support@weriselighting.com, and we will resend you new products as soon as we receive the email or a full refund.

Q: What's the warranty on my purchases?

A: 

1. We provide a 30-day refund for unreasonable returns.

2. We offer a 3-years warranty, a free lifetime after-sales service and a one-to-one technical support by engineers.

3. We attach great importance to the privacy protection of buyers. Your address and mobile phone information are only used for shipping.

Q: How to Return and get the refund?

A: 

Step 1: If you do not satisfied with our products , Please contact us and our customer support will provide you a return address.

Step 2:  Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.

Step 3: Tell us your return tracking number, and we will follow up the progress of the return. Once goods are returned to our warehouse, we will arrange the refund for you as soon as possible. 

Q: How to replace it?

A: 

Step 1: Contact us and tell us the reason for the replacement, it is best to provide pictures or videos.

Step 2: We will sent you a replacement within 3 days.
